With a minimum overhead, S.L.C. Metrology Inc. is able to keep low costs and make sure the turnaround for tools is 3 to 5 days. Each tool is cleaned and inspected before calibration and comes with a free certificate.

We will meet all the requirements and traceability needed for all types of torque and precision tools.

Calibration

All types of torque, up to 5000 ft. lb.
Dimensional (all types of calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Electrical, temperature, pressure and force.

Certification

We supply certificates with each calibrated tool.
We provide each tool with a computerized label.
Each tool repaired is entered into a computerized database for follow-up on
maintenance, calibration and recall.
Each tool is calibrated at 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of full scale.

Repair

All tools are cleaned and inspected for wear.
All tools will be stored in a temperature and humidity controlled room for 24 hours.
